Research
We are excited to announce a new division of AAP dedicated to the clinical applications of psychosynthesis in hospitals, clinics, school counseling centers, drug and alcohol treatment, employee wellness programs, private practice and other settings. The purpose of the clinical division is to gather together the research, insights and experiences of psychosynthetic and like-minded practitioners to better understand how to reduce mental-emotional suffering and increase peace. Within the division, groups can form to focus on special topic areas, with examples including young adult anxiety and struggles with self-esteem, existential anxiety in patients with cancer, spiritual development in secular, non-religious clients and other issues. To take the next step, please be in touch with Richard Schaub, PhD, the division’s organizer at research@aap-psychosynthesis.org
